Everything you need to get quotes, POs, data privacy agreements, and vendor setup done quickly.
PersonalFinanceLab has been helping K-12 teachers teach real personal finance since 1990 (through the Stock-Trak family of tools). Most districts handle our data privacy through the Student Data Privacy Consortium (SDPC) process. If your state or district participates, you can usually generate and sign a one-page Exhibit E yourself in minutes. For anything else, we handle requests directly. If your state is highlighted, we already have a DPA on the SDPC website.
Request a quote, book a demo, or send us vendor paperwork. We respond quickly and work with tight budgets when possible!

We follow FERPA and COPPA at the federal level, plus applicable state student data privacy rules. No ads. No selling or mining student data for profit. Only the minimum info needed for accounts and progress tracking.
If your district participates in the Student Data Privacy Consortium (SDPC), search for PersonalFinanceLab or Stock-Trak in their registry privacy.a4l.org, generate the one-page Exhibit E, and sign it yourself. This covers most active states. If not covered or you need something custom, please email privacy@StockTrak.com..
